We work as principal contractor and as retrofit coordinator. Assessment, design, installation, quality assurance and lodgement are carried out in house, so the same team that models the measures is the team that installs them.

Funding routes we deliver under
Where an allocation is already in place, we can pick the scheme up as principal contractor and mobilise against the existing programme. Where it is not, we can work the stock data back to a bid.
- Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund
- Successor to SHDF. Bid-stage archetype sampling, cost plans and delivery programmes, then assessment, design and installation once an allocation is confirmed.
- Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund
- Wave 1, 2 and 2.1 schemes carried out as principal contractor, including mixed-tenure blocks and non-traditional archetypes requiring remedial work before insulation.
- Warm Homes: Local Grant
- Single properties referred through local authority schemes. Eligibility checked, assessment carried out, measures installed and certification lodged.
- Privately funded work
- Landlord portfolios, owner-occupiers and non-domestic buildings, costed and sequenced without a funding deadline dictating the programme.
Measures we install

Walls, roofs and floors
Cavity, internal and external wall insulation, loft, room-in-roof and under-floor measures, specified from the fabric build-up recorded at assessment.

Air source heat pumps
Sized from room-by-room heat loss calculations, with emitter and cylinder changes where required. Installed and commissioned to MCS standards.

Solar PV & battery storage
Generation sized against the demand profile of the building, with storage assessed on projected consumption rather than array size.

Ventilation & airtightness
Background ventilation, dMEV and MEV alongside airtightness works, specified with the fabric measures to manage condensation and moisture risk.

Controls & monitoring
Heating controls and energy monitoring, commissioned and demonstrated at handover so in-use performance can be compared against the design.

Surveys, testing & reporting
Stock condition surveys, airtightness testing, thermal imaging and damp and mould investigation.
