A retrofit contractor, not a management layer.

Retrofit goes wrong in predictable places: measures specified from desktop data that does not match the building, ventilation treated as an afterthought, and paperwork left until the funder asks for it. We set the business up to close those gaps by keeping assessment, design, installation and certification under one roof.

That also means a client has one team to speak to. The coordinator who made the design decisions is the one who answers for them at handover, and the installation records that support lodgement come from our own site teams rather than a chain of suppliers.

We work at both ends of the market by choice. Programme work keeps the teams busy and the systems disciplined; single properties keep us close to how the work actually lands with the people living in the house.

In-house delivery

Retrofit assessors, coordinators and installation teams sit in the same business. Where a scheme needs additional trades we use long-standing subcontract crews working to our design and our inspection regime.

Roles we hold

Principal contractor, retrofit coordinator, retrofit assessor and retrofit EEM installer, depending on how the client wants the scheme structured.

Documentation

Lodgement, certificates, warranties, inspection records and handover packs are produced as the work proceeds, not assembled at the end of the programme.

Social value

Local labour, apprenticeships and supply chain commitments are agreed at contract stage and reported against through the programme.
